Another busy week almost gone here but i thought i would post some pics from the last few months and tell you a few stories. This week it was dentist week. So on Tuesday Don and Taylor went to the dentist. While they were in the waiting room Don told Taylor she could go get a book to read. They had a big rack of magazines and books for kids. She came back to Don with non other than ESPN The Magazine (which made daddy proud) and she hands it to Don and says: "Look, Daddy it's Shawn White!!".....daddy was very proud of his daughter for her knowledge and choice of book:) Well, neither don nor Taylor had any cavities and were both thrilled about this. On Thursday I was going to take Madison and myself to the dentist. I figured i should prepare Maddie just in case she was told she had a cavity so she wouldn't freak out at the dentist. So before we left I told Maddie " Now, if the dentist says that you have a cavity bug that is ok and we can get it taken care of so we won't throw a fit right????!!!" Madison looks up and says (with her hands on her hips) "But MOMMY i don't put bugs in my mouth!!!" :)....this made me smile. And just so you know Neither Madison nor I had any cavities either!! This was my first time at this particular dentist since we switched and he was quite impressed when he looked in my mouth and saw NO fillings.....he said "have you never had a cavity??"....I said "NO i haven't and i don't want to ruin my 30 yr streak now:)" Enjoy some pics from October when my best friend Ang and her husband Danville came out to visit us. since i haven't posted them i thought i would post a few for you.

Well......I am finally back!!! i am so sorry for the shut down of this blog. i basically just fell behind and didn't know where to just jump in and recap months and months. Life is busy and i don't always sit and take the time to post. but i really still want to cause i know i still have a few readers who have been missing their girls!! So, for Rachael this post is for you. Most of these pics are in December around Christmas....so enjoy....i'll post more later but i wanted to get these up right now. These are backwards.....but basically we took the girls downhill skiing for the first time with their cousins...the last pic of the day is Maddie after ski school...boots, helmet and goggles on....FAST ASLEEP!! uncle bob carried her to the car....finally something that wears maddie out!

it was fun to get out there and ski again...i think it had been about 10 yrs for me!!
