She fits in just perfect over here at the crazy talley house!! i have known emily and her family now for almost 10 yrs now. The girls took a good....MAYBE 3 seconds to jump on her and be her best friend!! they love her already. she is at her first camp right now and the girls ask everyday if emily is coming home yet;) i know her parents are missing her so i thought i would post a pic so they could see how she is fitting in.....this pic...don was telling taylor and emily to be serious and take a pic....i think they are hitting it off just fine...huh kent!!! can't wait for emily to get home....she even helps me with the dishes...imagine that;) i love it...ha ha.

Last stop....all aboard!!!!!
our last stop on our trip was to Pokagon State park in Angola IN for a family get together. we had my brother and his wife, my mom, the talley clan and my sister amber. we stayed at pokagon state park which was a place that we always camped at growing up. they have a nice little beach area which the girls loved making sand castles on....but not going in....i guess they didn't like it because it looked dirty;) they had a pool though and the girls are amazing me at how well they are swimming this year!! they are doing great!! after a nite here we headed home!!!!!!!!!!!!!!! and we were all excited to be home in our own beds, with clean cloths and no more road trips!! it was great to see everyone but i am looking forward to some down time over here!! this is the last of the pics...hope everyone enjoyed them!
Good old....HC...it will never be HU to me;)
The next stop in the massive trip home....had us saying good bye to the Ohio trees...which Maddie seemed to LOVE...don't ask why. we have told you before that this child is beyond explaining:0 so our next stop was to go to Huntington, IN. Don this whole time has been in Huntington teaching, training and working at an annual YFC conference held at Huntington College...this just so happens to be the college that I went to!! So we were off to see daddy...which both girls were so excited to do and visit some good YFC friends as well!! We had a great time in Huntington seeing friends and most of all being together again!! it had been over a week without our daddy which is hard on all of us!!! I guess i will do a mini be-lated fathers day post here.....I thank the Lord daily for my kids and my husband and the dad that he is to our kids. I love my husband for a variety of reasons, but mainly for the man of God he is and the father he is!! He LOVES his girls....all three of us!! His favorite part of the day has to be pry a toss up from....climb on daddy time when he comes home from work and lays on the ground....the other favorite time of the day....TAG time....he chases the girls screaming in his electric wheel chair!! the girls LOVE this and so does don!! My girls have a father who prays with them daily, who teaches them patience and love and who shows them unconditional love and a joy in all of the little things!! So Happy Fathers day to you, Don.....we love you!!

Back home to Archbold!!
Our next stop in Ohio was to Mommy's hometown of Archbold, Ohio. This is where i grew up. I lived in this town from age 3 till i went off to college at age 18. it was a little weird to go back home and not have a "house" anymore. since my mom moved out to Colorado this was the first time back that i didn't have a home to go to. the girls were really excited to see mommy's old school, park and house!! we made a stop by the sauder museum and the girls had a blast there. the pics are below. we always made fun of the museum growing up...cause we had to go there all the time....but i have to admit it was fun to go and show the kiddos!! the first stop we made in archbold was to visit my friends from grade school....Mel, Laura and Michelle (jana too;). some times it baffles me that we all still get together but these friends have always been good to me!! its hard to keep in touch sometimes but we all have fun getting together when we can. All of them had their first child with the last 17 months or so and it was fun to get the kids together. the first couple pics are all of the kiddos. Then we decided we wanted to get a group shot of "us" so we had to rely on Taylor's camera skills;)...yes this was funny.....then maddie of course wanted to try....she aimed the camera at the ground....so we all went with the aim of the camera!! pretty funny! it was good to get home and see everyone and their precious babies.
